Mazak Quick Turn CNC lathe

The Mazak Quick Turn CNC lathe has an auto-feed work-piece system to feed the machine for production type operation. She can feed the work in, sense the length and re-clamp the main spindle jaws once the work is loaded.

The machine runs with dual chucks and a full tool change magazine. The results is a CNC turning system than can run lights out production with minimal waste, reduced labour costs, maximum machine efficiency when setup.
